For any litigation assignment, services will include the following:
- Assisting in gathering and assessing the documentation required to either support your claim or refute a claim against you
- Examine and review the documentation in order to develop an assessment on the case
- Review the proposed damages and other reports by the opposing side
- Assist your legal counsel in settlement discussions
- If required, attend a trial to listen to testimony and presented evidence to help your legal counsel in cross examination proceedings
